Page
Size and Margins
Manuscripts
must be prepared on A4 size paper with the following page margin
settings:
- Left Margin: 30 mm
- Right Margin: 25 mm
- Top Margin: 25 mm
- Bottom Margin: 25 mm
These
margin settings ensure proper layout and printing compatibility for academic
books.
Page
Numbering
Page
numbering should follow a structured system:
- Preliminary pages (such as title page,
certificate, acknowledgement, preface, table of contents, etc.) must use Roman
numerals:
I, II, III, IV, V… - Main content pages must use Arabic numerals:
1, 2, 3, 4… - The Arabic page numbering
should begin from the first chapter of the manuscript.
Font
Style and Heading Format
For
manuscripts written in English, the following formatting should be used:
- Font: Times New Roman
Heading
structure should follow these standards:
- Major Headings: Bold, Font Size 16
- Sub Headings: Bold, Font Size 14
- Minor Headings / Points: Bold, Font Size 12
- Main Text: Font Size 12
All
headings should maintain consistency throughout the manuscript.
Paragraph
Formatting
Paragraph
formatting should follow these standards:
- Alignment: Justified
- Line Spacing: 1.5
- Spacing Before Paragraph: 2 pt
- Spacing After Paragraph: 4 pt

Table
Formatting and Numbering
All tables
must be properly numbered according to the chapter in which they appear.

Hindi
Manuscript Formatting
For
manuscripts written in Hindi, authors may use the following fonts:
- Mangal Font
- Kokila Font
Formatting
rules for Hindi manuscripts:
- When using Mangal font,
all formatting settings remain exactly the same as English formatting.
- When using Kokila font,
all layout settings remain the same except the font size must be
increased by +2.
