Publication
Policies
NMK
Research Publication follows clear and transparent policies to maintain high
standards of academic integrity, ethical publishing practices, and professional
scholarly communication. These policies are designed to guide authors
throughout the publishing process and ensure that all publications meet
accepted academic and ethical standards.
Authors
submitting manuscripts to NMK Research Publication are expected to carefully
review and comply with the following policies before submitting their work.
1.
Plagiarism Policy
NMK
Research Publication strictly discourages plagiarism and any form of academic
misconduct. Authors must ensure that the manuscript submitted for publication
is original, properly referenced, and ethically prepared.
Plagiarism
includes copying text, ideas, data, figures, or research findings from other
sources without proper citation. It may also include paraphrasing another
author’s work without appropriate acknowledgment.
NMK
Research Publication allows a maximum similarity limit of 20% in
plagiarism or similarity reports. However, the similarity should primarily come
from properly cited references, quotations, methodology descriptions, or
commonly used academic phrases.
The
following conditions must be followed:
- The
overall similarity should not exceed 20%.
- Similarity
from a single source should normally remain low.
- Direct
copying of large paragraphs without citation is not permitted.
- All
borrowed ideas, data, figures, or tables must include proper references.
If
the similarity exceeds the acceptable limit or includes inappropriate copied
content, the manuscript may:
- Be
returned to the author for revision
- Require
correction of citations
- Be
rejected in cases of serious plagiarism
Authors
are strongly advised to check their manuscripts using plagiarism detection
tools before submission.
2.
Artificial Intelligence (AI) Usage Policy
Authors
may use Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools as supportive tools during
manuscript preparation. However, the use of AI must be transparent and
responsible.
AI
tools may be used for limited purposes such as:
- Research
methodology design assistance

analysis support

correction and language improvement

and manuscript organization
If
any AI tool is used during manuscript preparation, the author must clearly
acknowledge the use of the AI tool, including:
- The
name of the AI tool
- The
version or model used
- The
purpose for which it was used
Authors
remain fully responsible for the final content of the manuscript. Any errors,
incorrect references, fabricated citations, or misleading information generated
through AI tools remain the responsibility of the author.
Authors
must carefully review and verify all AI-assisted content before submission.
